(The Wall/Walls Family DNA Project)

This DNA genealogy project was created by Jean “Wall” McCullough and is being conducted by Family Tree DNA. This web site is administered by John Wall. The goal of this project is simple – Let’s match WALL family DNA to see who is related to whom.

We all have genealogy information (Bible records, marriage records, birth certificates, census reports, etc.) but now we have a chance to bypass paper work, documents, and family trees and find out straight away who our “genetic cousins” are.

Once you sign up your DNA will be immediately compared to those who are already in the group. Both you and any matching “genetic cousin” will be informed of the results. This will allow an exchange of information and perhaps a new generation or two on the ol’ family tree.

The two things I like the most are:
1) Just because I (we) are the pioneers of the WALL family DNA project we are not limited to what is found in the first go-a-round of testing. We will also benefit from future findings and will be informed of a new “Genetic Cousin."
2) Security. Our information is not being shared with any mailing lists. This is a controlled study environment.
